EV Basic+ and EV Ready include the Ohmie GO app and customer support. EV Basic has no dedicated app or support.

Yes. We assess the building's main switchboard and network capacity and recommend the right product. Most communities can start with EV Basic or EV Basic+ and move up.
The range is built to scale. You can add chargers over time and move from an entry product toward EV Ready as demand grows.
On EV Basic+ and EV Ready, Ohmie GO provides charger and app support. Altogether handles network, metering and billing. EV Basic does not include a dedicated app or customer support.
Yes. A shared 22 kW fast charger (where the site allows) can be added as a community amenity alongside any of the three products.
